- Take a frypan and heat it on stove. Put 2 dry red chilli into it and shallow fry it in a low medium flame. After frying put chilli in a bowl.
- Put some black salt as required and rup the chilli with hand and mix it with salt properly. Add some brown sugar. Mix again.
- Now add all the pomelo flesh into it and give it a perfect mix.
