  1. First of all wash and chop grapes in a chopper or grind it coarsely in a mixer jar. Now add grapes and sugar to a pot and start cooking it on medium heat. Dissolve citric acid in one teaspoon of water and add it to the pot.
  2. Keep cooking until it reduces and most of the water is evaporated. Let it cool down completely. You can even prepare this in advance and keep it in the fridge to use it in the ice-cream.
  3. To prepare the basic ice cream mix, add whipping cream in a big bowl and start beating it with an electric beater until the cream gets soft peaks. Now add cold milk and condensed milk to it and mix it with the help of a whisk, do not beat anymore. Cover and keep it in the freezer for 3 to 4 hours.
  4. After 3 to 4 hours, take the bowl out of the freezer and again mix it with the whisk. Now add prepared 1 cup of black grapes pulp (removing 1 tablespoon to add on top of the ice cream) and give it a good stir so that it is incorporated properly in the ice cream.
  5. Now pour the ice cream mix in a 1 litre tub until half full. Now add half tablespoon of pulp and spread it on top. Now add the remaining ice cream mix in the tub and top it with the remaining pulp. Close the lid and keep it in the freezer compartment for 8 to 10 hours or until completely set.
  6. Refreshing black currant ice cream is ready to serve.
