- Add the water mixture to flour and make semi thick batter, don't make runny batter and add salt to it.
- Let it set for 10 to 15 minutes.
- In a dhokla maker add water, cover it and let the water boil. Now in a greased plate with oil add the batter. Let it cool for 7 to 8 minutes.
- Meanwhile in a pan add oil, mustard seeds, hing a pinch of, chillies, 200 ml water and 3 spoons of sugar to it and salt to it. Add coriander leaves and let it boil.
- Now pour this liquid tadka over dhokla and serve.
