The ingredients needed to make Dhokla:
- Make ready 1 cup gram flour
- Take 6 tsp refined oil
- Prepare 6 tsp water+ 1/2 cup water
- Take Pinch hing
- Prepare Pinch turmeric powder

- Make ready to taste Salt
- Prepare 1/2 tsp citric acid
- Prepare 1/2 tsp baking soda

- Take 1 tbsp oil
- Prepare as required Chopped green chillies
- Take 1/2 tsp rai
- Get 1 tsp sugar
- Make ready to taste Salt
- Take 4 tsp lemon juice
- Take Few curry leaves
- Get as required Fresh grated coconut for garnishing
Steps to make Dhokla:
- Firstly 6 tsp oil, hing, turmeric powder, sugar, citric acid,mix in large mixing bowl.
- Now add 6 tsp water into the mixture and mix until sugar dissolve.
- Now add slow slow gram flour and add required water also. Mix with well at least 2-3 minutes. Rest batter for 10 minutes.
- Further prepare steam and greased mould.
- After 10 minutes take batter and bit again for 2-3 minutes and add baking soda mix with light hand, batter become fluffy.
- Pour the batter into the mould. And steam for 20-25 minutes or until become ready.
- Further prepare tarka heat oil into a pan and now crackle rai and green chillies, salt, sugar and water. After a boil add lemon juice.
- Ready tarka pour upon on ready dhokla and garnish with fresh grated coconut Keep refrigerator at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Finally dhokla ready for serving with green chutney.
