- Then prepare rice take a pan add oil then add garlic cloves and saute. Then add three glass of vegetable stock and boil it. Then add litle salt and add rice to it allow it to cook. After cooking dish out in a plate add rice then add veggies on top of it then keep grill fish on it.
- Add crushed red chillies and coriander leaves on top of it.
