- Brown Beef & Sausage in big sauce pan. Then drain.
- Add chopped onion, Bell peppers and chiles. Simmer 15 minutes stirring occasionally.
- Add ingredients from sauce pan to a big pot, plus rest of ingredients stirring occasionally. Bring to boil for about 5min.
- Add the stick of butter, and a dash of cinnamon! lower temp to low for about 3 hrs stirring every 15-30min.
